About DECA Program: DECA is a global organization that prepares students for careers in business by integrating classroom instruction with real-world experiences. Our MISD DECA program aims to empower the next generation of business leaders through mock competitions that simulate real-world challenges. 

Why Volunteer: 

  • Gain an opportunity to mentor future business leaders. 
  • Network with other professionals in the community. - Contribute to the educational development of our youth. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Evaluate student presentations based on a set rubric. 
  • Provide constructive feedback to help students improve. 
  • Engage in a Q&A session with participants. If you are interested in this rewarding volunteer opportunity, please register.
