A Baker first and foremost is responsible to our guests for building a reputation for Ultimate Service in guest relations, with a focus on delivering consistent quality products that make our guests feel every event or occasion has special meaning 

Key Responsibilities:

1).    When a guest enters your area, your first and most important responsibility becomes to acknowledge, greet, and engage that guest.

2).    Ensure quality and consistent product availability and solutions to the guest

3).    Maintain a positive atmosphere, spirit and morale within the department

4).    Support and execute division concepts and programs

5).    Ensure bakery systems and processes are utilized consistently and correctly

6).    Ensure recipes and procedures are followed using approved ingredients

7).    Practice safe work habits, maintain a high level of store cleanliness and organization

8).    Compliance of sanitation schedule

9).    Assist in break-out and dishwashing as needed

10).  Perform other duties as assigned by management

Key Requirements:  (There will be additional requirements listed on the job description on our company job page)

1).  Must be 18 years of age or older

2).  Ability to work with detergents and sanitizers up to 4 hour periods

3).  Ability to work fast-paced but in an efficient and controlled manner

4).  Ability to perform all physical aspects of the position, including but not limited to standing, bending, walking, lifting up to 50lbs, and pulling or

      pushing up to 100lbs

5).  Ability to work within a freezer for up to 15 minutes

6).  Must have the availability to work starting 2 - 4am thru 10am - 12pm
