Success is not something you stumble on – it’s the reward for having a persistent tenacity for hard work. Hard work is HABITUAL, it takes consistent and repetitive behaviors to truly submit yourself to the process. One thing that most successful people have in common: Fitness and Exercise Why? Because fitness instills the fundamental building blocks necessary for achieving success. If you can’t commit to regular exercise, you will likely never reach your full potential. There is an undeniable connection between fitness and success. 

What are the benefits? 

•Builds mental strength – crushing your fitness goals are no different than the obstacles in life 

•Discipline – routine teaches discipline, “The day you plant the seed is not the day you eat the fruit”, patience grasshopper! 

•“Those who do not find time for exercise will have to find time for illness” – you make health a priority 

•Goals – when you see success you will be inclined to raise the bar, again, and again. 

•Builds confidence – those endorphins and serotonin reduce stress and anxiety! 


So, why wouldn’t you use fitness as the catalyst to pave your path to success? That’s what I’m thinking.
