Wendy Collini
Dr. Wendy Collini is a respected internist with over 20 years of experience serving the Mansfield community. A graduate of McGovern Medical School at UTHealth, Dr. Collini built her career in internal medicine, providing dedicated primary care to adults and earning a reputation for clinical excellence.
Now retired, Dr. Collini remains deeply involved in Mansfield through her active role in Rotary and various community initiatives. Her commitment to service, both in medicine and civic engagement, makes her a trusted advisor and advocate for community health and well-being.

Bill Coppola
Dr. Bill Coppola brings over 40 years of leadership in higher education and workforce development to the Chamber Legacy Advisory Board. As President of Tarrant County College’s Southeast Campus (2012–2024), Bill led transformative expansions and pioneered innovative partnerships that have reshaped educational access in Tarrant County. His influence extends beyond campus walls—he’s served on the boards of the Arlington Chamber of Commerce, Mayor’s Education Coalition, and Fort Worth Mayor’s Council on Education and Workforce Development, and played a pivotal role in initiatives like the Tarrant To & Through (T3) Partnership.
A recognized leader at the state and national level, Bill currently serves as Vice-Chair of Campus Compact and as a board member for organizations such as NACTC. His visionary leadership has earned him top honors, including the Michael Bennett Lifetime Achievement Award from PTK, the Jesse Jones Leadership Award, and the USPAACC Southwest Education Partner Award.
Bill holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration, an M.Ed. from the University of North Texas, and a B.A. from Michigan State University. His lifelong commitment to education and community impact drives his work as an advisor and advocate for the region’s future.

Mike Leyman
With over 40 years of distinguished service in Texas law enforcement, Mike Leyman brings a legacy of leadership, integrity, and civic commitment to the Chamber Legacy Advisory Board. Mike began his career as a street officer in Arlington in 1969, rising through the ranks as a detective and crime analyst before being appointed Chief of Police for the City of Mansfield in 1979. He went on to serve as Deputy Chief in Richardson and later as Chief of Police for Mansfield ISD, earning a reputation for principled leadership and community focus.
A U.S. Marine Corps veteran and graduate of the FBI National Academy, Mike has also served his community as Mansfield City Councilman and Mayor Pro Tem (2007–2011), consistently advocating for taxpayer interests. His commitment to service extends to youth leadership as Past Tejas District Chairman for the Boy Scouts of America. Mike’s deep roots in Mansfield and his unwavering dedication to public service make him a trusted advisor and advocate for the city’s future.
