Mike Aguillard

Mike Aguillard is a retail district manager at the Mansfield location and has been with American National Bank of Texas since September 2012.

“I enjoy building relationships with my customers,” says Mike. “At American National Bank of Texas, I look forward to working closely with my clients and helping them not only meet, but exceed their personal and business financial goals.”

With more than 20 years of retail banking experience, Mike has expertise in serving construction, restaurant, demolition and excavating businesses. Prior to joining American National Bank of Texas, Mike was a regional business development officer for Colonial Savings.

Mike currently serves on the Texas Sports Reach Board of Directors, was the former treasurer of the Pantego Economic Development Corporation and is an active member at First Baptist Church Mansfield.

Mike attended Louisiana State University - Shreveport Campus and Northwestern State University.

Chris Burgin

Allies in Youth Development

The journey to start Allies began when Chris visited a Russian orphanage with his church on a short-term mission trip. Learning about the plight of orphans in Russia broke his heart and birthed a determination to save the lives of those children. Allies was formed in 2011 to help orphans and has since transformed the lives of thousands of children across four continents.

Chris holds a B.A. from Mississippi State University and a Master’s of Religious Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Ten years as a small business owner and 15 years on staff at a local church provided Chris with the leadership skills and know-how to successfully create an organization that will influence generations across the globe.

Kimberley Cantu

Mansfield I.S.D.

Dr. Kimberley Cantu is entering her 27th year of service in public school education with 21 years of service to MISD. She began her career as a teacher and coach at Llano High School in 1992. The following year, she accepted a teaching and coaching position at Mansfield High School where she spent five years in the classroom before becoming an assistant principal and then the academic associate principal of Mansfield High School.

Michael Cinatl

Tarrant County College, SE

Longtime TCC staff member Michael Cinatl provides support to Southeast Campus President William Coppola. He joined TCC in 1981 to launch the Interpreting for the Deaf Program at the Northwest Campus. After serving as department chair of speech, music and foreign languages at the NW Campus, Cinatl moved to the SE Campus as coordinator of Career and Employment Services in 1995. He also held interim division dean positions in social sciences and business and humanities. In 2008, Cinatl was named director of Dual Credit, Career and Campus Services, where he served until becoming the assistant to the president. He has a Bachelor of Science in special education and a Master of Science degree in education, both from the University of Wisconsin.

Bill Coppola

Tarrant County College, SE

President of the Southeast Campus of the Tarrant County College District.  

He began his education career with a 15-year tenure in the Dallas County Community College District, followed by posts with North Lake College and Maricopa Community College District in Arizona.

Honors include the Administrator Award of Distinction from Phi Theta Kappa, the international honor society for two-year colleges; the Innovator of the Year award from the League for Innovation, a community college advocacy organization; and an Excellence in Teaching Award from the National Institute for Staff and Organizational Development.

David Dowd

AlevCare Hospice

David M. Dowd co-founded AlēvCare™ Hospice and serves as the President and CEO.  He acts as the visionary for the agency providing direction for team development and guidance as well as day-to-day operational support across various roles.

David’s experience, before establishing AlēvCare™ Hospice, includes 20 years in healthcare sales and management with a focus on medical devices in the cardiovascular and electrophysiology space.  David embarked on his healthcare career in 1997 as a Sales Representative with Johnson & Johnson’s ETHICON Division followed by various sales and leadership roles with Medtronic and St. Jude Medical.  Most recently, he worked as the Regional Sales Director at Abbott for the Southern US.

Dowd earned his Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas Tech University’s Rawls College of Business.  He moved to south Arlington, Texas in 1978.  He actively serves the community and is an advocate for children through his support of Young Life.  David and his wife, Mimi, live close to the Chamber with their two children whom attend Mansfield Legacy High School.

Juan Fresquez

Methodist Mansfield Medical Center

Fresquez served as Chief Operating Officer of the Arizona Group – Carondelet St. Joseph’s Hospital, a 486-bed acute care facility, where he was instrumental in improving patient satisfaction, quality, and financial performance. Before serving at Carondelet St. Joseph’s, he served as the Chief Operating Officer for Tenet’s Central region at Houston Northwest Medical Center. 


He began his career at Parkland Hospital in Dallas and has more than 28 years of acute care hospital management experience.   

Fresquez holds a BS in nuclear medicine with a specialization in physics from the University of the Incarnate Word and a master’s in business administration from the University of Phoenix.    

John Simpson

General Manager of the Mansfield Division of Southern Champion Tray, a distinguished 3rd generation family owned business.  In Mansfield we design, manufacture and sell custom paperboard packaging for a myriad of different end uses including food, pharma, nutracueticals, pet and pet pharma, electronics among others.  We are culturally strong Christian-based company who proudly serve our communities.
My previous positions include Director of Corp. Planning, VP of Sales, CFO, COO, and GM of numerous facilities of various sizes.  Operational experience includes global sourcing, manufacturing and distribution.  I have previously served on several boards for non-profits and local chambers and now proudly serve on Mansfield Chamber's BOD.  I am very active at my church, The Community.

Matthew Staheli

Healthcare has long been the industry in which I've had an undying passion. My career in healthcare administration has mainly involved operations and development in clinics and hospitals. I've had the great opportunity to open a pulmonary, sleep clinic and critical care practice and built out and leased a 30,000 sq. ft. medical office building while running a family practice clinic. I've also directed the acquisition of clinics and negotiating contracts between physicians and hospitals. I currently have the privilege of working with an expanding and growing Trauma II hospital in growing their service lines and expanding the footprint of services for the hospital.

Donald Williams

Donald Williams, who has more than 23 years of communications and marketing experience, joined the Mansfield Independent School District in 2015 as the Assistant Superintendent of Communications and Marketing. He has since been promoted to Associate Superintendent of Communications and Marketing.

Lori Williams is the President and CEO 

Her definite chief aim is to create change in the thoughts and minds of those around her to inspire growth. 

Prior to the Chamber Lori was a past Advisor and Trainer to the Business Community, Military, Professional Baseball, Retail and Staffing Industries since 2001. Lori worked with the Local Entrepreneur to Fortune 500 Companies and from National to International.

"I believe that the only constant in life is change ... every business will experience periods of growth until it reaches a plateau. At every plateau, decisions for change must be made to inspire growth once more. If a business "stays the same" and the decision for change is not made, a business declines". 

Lori started her career in outside sales in 1982. She quickly moved to Branch Management, Area (multi-office) Management to Regional. Her training career started as Area Vice President/Franchise Support. Supporting 43 offices in 5 states. She is an Agent of Change - Trainer, Public Speaker, Published Writer and Business Consultant.

Lori is very strategic in thought with the ability to see various possibilities turning thoughts and ideas into action. She can quickly assess the unique qualities in people and how they can work more productively together.  An incredible forward thinker with a constant focus on changes ahead and how to adapt to those changes.
