Jim Allard
Jim Allard, DNP, Rn, NEA-BC, FACHE, joined Medical City Arlington as chief nursing officer in August 2022.
Allard, who has been with HCA Healthcare since 2013, previously was chief nursing officer at Medical City Children's Hospital in Dallas and at one time served as director of pediatric services there.
Before coming to North Texas, Allard previously served as assistant chief nursing officer at Clear Lake Regional Medical Center, part of the HCA Gulf Coast Division. He also worked in several leadership roles at The Women's Hospital of Texas.
Allard earned a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Texas Christian University and a master's degree in Nursing Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Allan Beck
Allan Beck is the Chief Executive Officer at Baylor Scott & White Health, a role he has held since October 2009. With over 16 years of experience at Baylor Scott & White, he has held several key positions including Chief Nursing Officer at Baylor Scott & White Orthopedic and Spine Hospital and Baylor Surgical Hospital at Fort Worth. Prior to these roles, he served as a Director within Baylor Scott & White Health and as a Hospital Administrative Supervisor at Baylor Heart & Vascular Hospital. His career in healthcare began as a Registered Nurse at Baylor University Medical Center, following his service as an Army Medic in the US Army.
Beck holds a Master of Health Care Administration from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. His leadership in healthcare administration is marked by a deep commitment to patient care and organizational excellence.
Andy Bowne
Dr. Andy Bowne has over twenty years of senior leadership experience in community colleges, including Grand Rapids Community College, Ivy Tech Community College, and Johnson County Community College. At Johnson County Community College, he served as President & CEO, focusing on student success, community service, and enrollment growth. At Ivy Tech, he advanced from Regional Chancellor to Senior Vice President and COO, overseeing 18 campuses. At Grand Rapids, he successfully led non-credit training and fundraising, securing over $60 million in funding.
Dr. Bowne has over 12 years of adjunct teaching experience and serves on the Ferris State University Advisory Board for the Doctorate in Community College Leadership. He is an active community member, volunteering on various boards and coaching Special Olympics athletes.
His career also includes roles in training, organization development, and economic development. He began his career at Calvin College as a resident director and has always enjoyed engaging with students.
Dr. Bowne holds a Doctor of Education, a master’s, and a bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University. He completed the Aspen Institute’s Rising Presidents Fellowship in 2018 and the New Presidents Fellowship in 2023.
Rustin Brunson
Rustin, the founder of Brunson Law, is a distinguished attorney renowned for his extensive jury trial experience, a rarity among civil attorneys. With a dynamic career in both state and federal courts, he has successfully tackled a wide range of cases, from breach of contract to high-stakes criminal defense. Prior to establishing his firm, Rustin gained significant trial experience at the Law Offices of Orsen E. Paxton, III, P.C., and the Jim Ross Law Group, P.C., where he led numerous cases and managed junior attorneys. His expertise extends beyond litigation, encompassing substantial roles in managing client risks and aiding in their business growth through private equity offerings and multi-million dollar mergers and acquisitions.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Rustin is deeply rooted in his community in Tarrant County, Mansfield and Arlington. His firm, Brunson Law, is dedicated to providing tailored legal solutions to a diverse client base. Residing in Mansfield with his wife, Amanda, and their two daughters, Rustin is committed to using his practice to positively impact his community.
Dr. Kimberley Cantu
Dr. Kimberley Cantu is entering her 27th year of service in public school education with 21 years of service to MISD. She began her career as a teacher and coach at Llano High School in 1992. The following year, she accepted a teaching and coaching position at Mansfield High School where she spent five years in the classroom before becoming an assistant principal and then the academic associate principal of Mansfield High School.
David Dowd
David M. Dowd co-founded AlÄ“vCare™ Hospice and serves as the President and CEO. He acts as the visionary for the agency providing direction for team development and guidance as well as day-to-day operational support across various roles.
David’s experience, before establishing AlÄ“vCare™ Hospice, includes 20 years in healthcare sales and management with a focus on medical devices in the cardiovascular and electrophysiology space. David embarked on his healthcare career in 1997 as a Sales Representative with Johnson & Johnson’s ETHICON Division followed by various sales and leadership roles with Medtronic and St. Jude Medical. Most recently, he worked as the Regional Sales Director at Abbott for the Southern US.
Dowd earned his Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas Tech University’s Rawls College of Business. He moved to south Arlington, Texas in 1978. He actively serves the community and is an advocate for children through his support of Young Life. David and his wife, Mimi, live close to the Chamber with their two children whom attend Mansfield Legacy High School.
Nora Frasier
Nora Frasier, DNP, RN, FACHE, NEA-BC, FAONL is currently the Vice President Nursing/Chief Nursing Officer at Magnet-recognized Methodist Mansfield Medical Center in Mansfield, TX. She has been a registered nurse for over 40 years and a nurse executive for approximately the last 30 years. Nora has led nursing in diverse not-for-profit and proprietary hospitals, from a 100-bed rural community hospital to an urban tertiary care academic medical center. Her background also includes positions as a quality director, hospital administrator and chief nurse executive in a 1200-bed, 6 hospital health system. Nora has served as an appraiser teamleader for the Magnet© Recognition Program for 17 years.
Nora earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA degree from Texas A & M University Corpus Christi. She completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree at Texas Tech University Health Science Center in 2018. Nora is currently board certified as a Fellow by the American College of Healthcare Executives and as a Nurse Executive, Advanced by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and has been inducted as a Fellow, American Organization of Nurse Leaders.
Nora is a member of the American Nurses Association, the American Organization of Nurse Leaders, the Texas Organization of Nurse Leaders, Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society, and the American College of Healthcare Executives. She serves on the Board of the Tarrant County College Foundation. She was named a DFW Great 100 nurse and received the D Magazine Excellence in Nursing award in 2018 and 2021.
David Klein
David Klein is the Vice President of Human Resources at Klein Tools, where he has been contributing for over 12 years. He has ascended through various roles, including Executive Director of HR & Organizational Development, and Director of Organizational Development & Talent. David began his journey at Klein Tools as a Supply Chain Intern. He holds an MBA with a Marketing Specialization and a BBA in Finance from Texas Christian University - M.J. Neeley School of Business. His expertise in HR and organizational development has been pivotal in shaping the company's talent management strategies.
Jason Moore
Jason Moore joined the Mansfield Economic Development Corporation as Executive Director in October 2021. In this role, he is responsible for the overall strategy and implementation of business recruitment, retention and expansion, marketing and research, and workforce development activities for the MEDC. He is an active participant in developing strategic connections among and between business leaders, community leaders and the city’s development partners.
Jason began his public career with the city of North Richland Hills, where he managed major capital projects for various departments. He then took those skills to Richland Hills and later Lewisville, where he was active in city administration and economic development, respectively. In both cities he led efforts in recruiting and working with unique developers and targeted businesses to deliver a more diversified tax base, and thus, more resilient economies for his respective cities.
Jason received his B.S. in Recreation, Park and Tourism Sciences from Texas A&M University and later his Master of Public Administration from the University of North Texas. He and his wife Amy have three children.
Brent Newsom
Brent Newsom is the Vice President at Harmony Bank since August 2023 and a City Council Member for Mansfield, Texas since May 2023. He also serves as a Board Member of The Mansfield Area Chamber of Commerce. Prior to these roles, Brent was an Assistant Vice President at Frost Bank, where he managed a significant loan portfolio and supported local businesses. His career in banking and community service is marked by strong leadership and strategic planning skills. Brent holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Texas State University. His experience spans commercial banking, public service, and community engagement.
Ovi Ozuna
Ovi Ozuna is a seasoned banking professional with a strong focus on commercial lending and business banking relationships. Currently serving as the AVP Commercial Loan Officer at PlainsCapital Bank since March 2023, Ovi brings a wealth of expertise to the role, honed through nearly a decade of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining PlainsCapital Bank, Ovi held the position of VP Business Banking Relationship Manager at PNC, where he worked from October 2021. His tenure in the banking sector also includes a significant period at BB&T, where he was a Market Leader IV from September 2015 to November 2021.
Ovi's professional journey is underpinned by a solid academic foundation, with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from The University of Texas at Arlington (1996-2001). His role at PlainsCapital Bank in Mansfield, Texas, and his previous position at PNC in Las Collinas, Texas, highlight his deep involvement in the Texas banking community. Ovi's expertise in business banking financial services, combined with his leadership and relationship management skills, make him a valuable asset in the commercial banking sector.
Joanie Fowler Pace
Joanie Pace is the President of Golden Mechanical Inc DBA Golden Air Conditioning, a role she has held since January 2002 in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. She is also the Owner of Fowler Property Management LLC since October 1989. Prior to these positions, Joanie worked as an Office Manager at a private attorney's office and held a managerial role at Commonwealth Bank. Her educational background includes studying Foreign Language at The University of Texas at Arlington. Joanie's career showcases her versatility and leadership skills in both the HVAC industry and property management.
Sean Scott
Dr. Sean Scott serves as Deputy Superintendent of Mansfield ISD. He joined the district in July of 2011 as Lake Ridge High School’s first Principal. During his time in MISD Sean has also served as Director of Business Services, Assistant Superintendent of Technology & Information Services, Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum & Instruction, and Associate Superintendent of Curriculum, Instruction, & Accountability.
He earned his BA, M.Ed., MBA, and Doctorate of Education Leadership from Texas Christian University.
Sean is active in the Mansfield community, having served as President of Mansfield Rotary Club, the AMA-YMCA Executive and Metro Boards, and as a member of Mansfield Chamber of Commerce Legislative Committee. He previously served as a Deacon at Pathway Cumberland Presbyterian Church, and is a proud graduate of Leadership Mansfield Class #7, ‘The Best Class’.
He and his wife Courtney met while students at TCU and have been married for more than twenty years. They are the proud parents of three MISD students.
Hamilton Walker
Hamilton Walker is the Assistant Vice President at Frost, a position he's held since August 2022 in Mansfield, Texas. Previously, he was a Loan Officer at Pinnacle Bank and a Commercial Lender at American National Bank of Texas. Hamilton's expertise lies in financial services and customer relations. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Texas Tech University. His career demonstrates significant experience in loan management and commercial lending.
Lori Williams
Lori Williams is the President and CEO
Her definite chief aim is to create change in the thoughts and minds of those around her to inspire growth.
Prior to the Chamber Lori was a past Advisor and Trainer to the Business Community, Military, Professional Baseball, Retail and Staffing Industries since 2001. Lori worked with the Local Entrepreneur to Fortune 500 Companies and from National to International.
"I believe that the only constant in life is change ... every business will experience periods of growth until it reaches a plateau. At every plateau, decisions for change must be made to inspire growth once more. If a business "stays the same" and the decision for change is not made, a business declines".
Lori started her career in outside sales in 1982. She quickly moved to Branch Management, Area (multi-office) Management to Regional. Her training career started as Area Vice President/Franchise Support. Supporting 43 offices in 5 states. She is an Agent of Change - Trainer, Public Speaker, Published Writer and Business Consultant.
Lori is very strategic in thought with the ability to see various possibilities turning thoughts and ideas into action. She can quickly assess the unique qualities in people and how they can work more productively together. An incredible forward thinker with a constant focus on changes ahead and how to adapt to those changes.
Tiffani Wise
Dr. Tiffani Wise is the Regional Dean for the Dallas campus of the Texas Tech University HSC School of Nursing. She represents and provides oversight for the School of Nursing in the Dallas-Ft Worth Region acquiring, managing, and sustaining strategic partnerships with organizations in the Dallas metroplex.
Dr. Wise holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Liberty University. She is a Certified Nurse Educator (CNE), an AACN Elevating Leaders in Academic Nursing Fellow, and is alumnus of the Leadership Dallas Class of 2023. She serves as Chair of Strategic Planning with the Texas League of Nursing and as Secretary of Strong Marriages’ Board of Directors.
