Carroll, RJCC was incorporated in the State of Texas November 1, 1990. Together Mr. and Mrs. Carroll bring more than 70 years of experience in the Telecommunications industry. Services include an Outside Plant Division, a Directional Boring Division, and a Network Services Division. Currently, RJCC employs 100 plus associates with various communications and business backgrounds. These employees possess the necessary skills and technical knowledge to provide our clients with the quality of service to remain competitive in the fast paced telecommunications industry.
