The Wonder Effect: Where Builders Shape the Impossible

A Mansfield Area Chamber of Commerce Signature Event

Step into an evening where business meets bravery, belief, and the magic of possibility.

The Wonder Effect is more than an awards show—it’s a celebration of transformation. It honors those who dared to believe, who built when it felt impossible, and who gave generously to keep the Chamber—and our community—moving forward.

This year, we invite you to rediscover what it means to lead with wonder. Featuring keynote speaker Drew Worsham, this unforgettable night will inspire you to unlock the imagination of your childhood self while standing rooted in the reality of business growth and leadership. It’s an experience designed for dreamers, doers, and difference-makers.

We’ll recognize builders, advocates, givers, and innovators—not through votes, but through real impact. These awards are not popularity contests. They’re earned through progress, transformation, and courage.

Join us for a night of cinematic stories, bold recognition, and reawakened wonder.

✨ Because when businesses lead with wonder, the impossible becomes inevitable.

Drew Worsham is a world-renowned illusionist, speaker, and storyteller.  Drew has a unique gift of "inspiring curiosity" and is sought out by some of the world's biggest brands,  nonprofits, and influential leaders.
