The International Leadership of Texas is a very unique educational organization that is grounded in research.  Our mission is to prepare students for exceptional leadership roles in the International Community by emphasizing servant leadership, with the motto of others before self; mastering the English Spanish and Chinese languages, and strengthening the mind, body and character.  In addition to Servant leadership, our kindergarten through fifth grade students learn foreign languages as they participate in a two-way dual language immersion program in Spanish and English. The Chinese language development is through their Specials classes.  Did you know that mastering these three languages will allow your child to be able to communicate with almost half of the entire global population?

We offer a comprehensive leadership and language program along with advanced academics, GT, and multiple special programs to meet the needs of all students and learning styles, including Special Education, 504, Dyslexia, Emergent Bilingual services and more.  The ILTexas High School students may also participate in the Marine JROTC program.  

Blending Language & Leadership for life-long success:

At ILTexas, education is taught from a global perspective, where all students are expected to master the English, Spanish, and Chinese languages, and graduate with the necessary tools for future success in Texas, the U.S., and internationally.

The core of the ILTexas education is our exclusive leadership program, which emphasizes servant leadership and teaches students how to live our motto, "Others Before Self".  Each year students in every grade level actively participate in a Service Project through giving back to the community, supporting various organizations.

We serve over 22, 000 students in the Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, and College Station areas.  We believe that education needs to be reinforced with experiences outside the classroom for this reason our middle school students take a Texas trip a U.S trip and our high school students have the opportunity to travel internationally during the summer to earn college credit. 

The result of our world-class education, is a student who graduates with a servant’s heart, a leader’s character, and a mastery of three languages that bolsters their acceptance into four-year colleges and universities.

Something else that may interest you is that some of our graduates have been selected to attend and receive merit scholarships to Ivy League schools such as Brown, Columbia, Harvard, and Yale University; as well as other top ranked universities in the world such MIT, Stanford, Duke, Johns Hopkins, Texas A&M, the U.S. Air Force Academy, West Point, U.S. Naval Academy and more.  

ILTexas scholars sharpen their skills and strengthen their mind, body and character through our core classes, foreign language, fine arts, fitness and leadership classes.  Students will learn the 14 U.S. Marine character and leadership traits and principles in their Fitness and Leadership classes, such as, integrity, decisiveness, initiative, and endurance to name a few.

Our organization also hosts many VIP tours and dignitaries from all over the world to see our successful school. ILTexas also features a Texas speaker series for students to learn more about leadership firsthand.
