Edward G. Conger - CEO/Superintendent
Edward "Eddie" Conger, a Texas A&M graduate, served 20 years as a U.S. Marine Corps Infantry Officer, retiring as a Major. After his military service, he transitioned to education, leading significant improvements in schools, notably transforming Thomas Jefferson High School. He founded the International Leadership of Texas (ILTexas) Charter School District, emphasizing servant leadership, multilingualism, and character development. ILTexas now serves over 23,000 students across Texas.
Maj. Gen. Craig Q. Timberlake, USMC, Retired - Chief of Student Leadership Development
Maj. Gen. Craig Timberlake enlisted in the Marine Corps in 1977 and rose through 14 ranks over a 41-year career. His leadership roles included commanding organizations of over 5,000 personnel, such as Deputy Commander of III Marine Expeditionary Force and Commanding General of 3rd Marine Division. Retiring in 2018, his legacy of inspiring Marines remains strong.
Dr. Thomas Seaberry - Deputy Superintendent of School Leadership
Dr. Thomas Seaberry enlisted in the Marine Corps in 1993. While serving, he earned degrees in Criminal Justice and Special Education. After his military service, he transitioned into education, taking leadership roles in special education and international programs. As Deputy Superintendent at ILTexas, he oversees 21,000 students and 1,300 staff, continuing his service-oriented leadership.
Christina Henry - Principal, Arlington-Grand Prairie High School
Christina Henry served 24 years in the Marine Corps, advancing from 2nd Lieutenant to Lieutenant Colonel. She held numerous command positions, including Military Aide to the Secretary of Defense and Battalion Commander. In addition to her military service, she has an extensive background in education, currently leading ILTexas Arlington-Grand Prairie High School.
