Dr. Tiffanie Spencer is a Mansfield native and Mansfield High School graduate who was unanimously approved as Mansfield ISD’s new superintendent in February 2026. With experience as a teacher, principal, and district leader most recently serving as Area Superintendent of Accountability and Special Populations, she is known for her focus on academic excellence, student-centered leadership, and strong community partnerships as she leads the district forward under Vision 2030.
