This distinction is based on the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) survey, which reflects patient feedback collected between April 1, 2023, and March 31, 2024.

Achieving a 5-star rating for cleanliness, Methodist Mansfield stands out as a leader in maintaining a safe and sanitary environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This recognition underscores the hospital’s unwavering commitment to infection prevention, rigorous cleaning protocols, and overall patient satisfaction.
